"Selling a house or buying a house or mortgage financing or even home improvements – If you really want a guy having well-rounded experience/knowledge in Real Estate, with flexible terms & conditions, make the home selling/buying cost effective in every step (providing good contact information for various home improvements with lesser prices than the market price during sale, better agent commission than the market, making sure to not to get into the trap of paying too much to the builder for the options which will be cheaper outside later & at the same time making sure to take the options from the builder which will be costly later during the purchase, insurance services with reasonable prices than the market during the purchase, etc.), who can arrange better mortgage rate than many folks in the industry, explain the use of going for $0 closing cost option in the current real estate market, etc., then I would highly recommend this guy named Velen Madhavan who is the real estate agent and the loan officer for my recent real estate transactions.
